Welcome

Where Horses, People and Nature Come Together

Welcome to Sunny Sugarcreek Stables! Located on Ferry Road just east of Sugarcreek MetroPark in Bellbrook, Ohio, we offer a peaceful, nature-filled environment with access to miles of bridle trails.
Our barn is a place where horses are cared for with compassion and where horse owners can slow down, connect, and enjoy the journey together. We love our horses, our community, and the time we share caring for them.

Meet The Owners
Steven and Teresa both grew up on farms, developing a lifelong appreciation for the land, animals, and the responsibilities that come with caring for them. After Steven's retirement, they dreamed of returning to farm life and creating a place where their family could enjoy the country lifestyle they both knew growing up. In 2022, that dream led them to the property called Sunny Sugarcreek Stables in Bellbrook, Ohio, where their daughter Anna's love of horses helped inspire the vision a horse care business. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and neighboring hundreds of acres of Sugarcreek Metro Park became the perfect place to combine their love of the land with their passion for horses. Today, Steven and Teresa are proud to share their home and farm with a wonderful community of horses and their owners.

Meet Our Barn Manager
Angela joined Sunny Sugarcreek Stables in April 2026 and has quickly become an invaluable part of our team. With a lifelong background with horses and her own horse, Spencer, part of our herd, she brings experience, organization, and a genuine heart for both horses and people. As Barn Manager, Angela oversees daily barn operations, horse care routines, records, and communication while helping ensure our horses and boarders receive thoughtful, consistent care. We are grateful to have Angela helping us continue to grow and provide the peaceful, horse-centered environment we envision for Sunny Sugarcreek Stables.

Meet Our Horse Care Team
